1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ileyss Tech website (ileyss.com) and placing orders through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site.

2. Products & Pricing

All products listed on Ileyss Tech are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. Prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Accepted payment methods include M-Pesa, Bank Transfer (Equity Bank Kenya), and Cash on Delivery. Orders are processed upon confirmation of payment. We are not liable for delays caused by payment processing issues.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Ileyss Tech offers free shipping on all orders across Kenya. The following delivery terms apply:

• Clients outside Nairobi and immediate environs are required to pay upfront in full before their order is shipped.

• Pay on Delivery is available only within Nairobi and immediate environs.

• Same-day delivery is available in Nairobi for orders placed before 3:00 PM (2:30 PM on public holidays).

• Next-day delivery is available countrywide.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

5. Returns & Refunds

The return period for a defective brand new product due to manufacturing defects is strictly 24 hours from the date of delivery.

No returns will be accepted on products sold or delivered as sealed. Manufacturer warranty applies.

Clients outside Nairobi may return items if a wrong product was delivered. The cost of return shipping in such cases shall be borne by Ileyss Tech.

Refund Policy for Deliveries Outside Nairobi:

a) A full refund can be issued if a product is defective upon delivery, having been paid upfront.

b) Any defect must be communicated within the first 12 hours of receiving the item.

c) No refund on items delivered by a rider and confirmed to be in working condition upon delivery.

d) No refunds on brand new items after the first 12 hours — Manufacturer Warranty applies.

All return and refund requests must be initiated by contacting us at info@ileyss.com or calling +254 706 090 057 within the applicable window.

6. Warranty

A manufacturer warranty is a guarantee or promise made by a manufacturer to repair or replace a product within a specified period if it develops a fault or fails to perform as intended due to defects in materials or workmanship.

For all items with a manufacturer warranty, clients will be required to take them to the manufacturer warranty centre in person for faster service. Please ensure you carry a copy of your receipt/order. Directions can be provided upon request by Ileyss Tech.

For products with a manufacturer warranty, Ileyss Tech will not be liable in the event the manufacturer does not provide cover.

All UPS units carry a manufacturer warranty; Ileyss Tech will only guarantee the unit for the first 7 days.

The battery life for brand new laptops is guaranteed by the manufacturer and not by Ileyss Tech.

Dealership Warranty: Units with a dealership warranty do not have a valid East African manufacturer warranty as they are intended for sale in other regions. As a result, you receive a 1-year dealership/shop warranty. Units with a dealership warranty have only a 1-month warranty on parts such as keyboards and batteries.

Dubai Warranty: Units with a Dubai warranty do not have a valid East African manufacturer warranty; therefore Ileyss Tech does not offer any warranty on them. Clients are required to test all such units on delivery or before purchase.

Accessories & Parts on Sold Units / Screens: • Warranty on laptop/phone chargers is strictly valid for 1 month. • No warranty on any screens upon testing at the shop. • No warranty on keyboards after 1 month, and no warranty in the case of liquid damage. • 1-month warranty on batteries and on internal hard disks (sold). • No warranty on external HDDs after testing on delivery or at the shop.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Ileyss Tech or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

8. Privacy & Data

We collect personal information (name, email, phone, address) solely for the purpose of processing your orders and providing customer support. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to fulfil your order (e.g., delivery partners). By using our site, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at info@ileyss.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ileyss Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability in any matter arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
